Introduction of yourself
Currently working as a HR Manager at ardent. To look after the overall HR responsibilities across the organization.
It has been a good journey with ardent so far. And I am also glad to receive the honour for the 1st time.
Who motivates you at ardent and why?
Ashish and Amit both create motivation, but I am staunch believer of self- motivation.
What I like about Ashish is the passion that he has for the organization and the way that he deals with every aspect in his work process.
And Amit is a masterpiece of perseverance.
Tell us your funniest moment at ardent?
Nothing that I could remember.
Who would you nominate the troublemaker at ardent and why?
On a lighter note – Giri Damodaran as he plays prankster sometimes which is also good as it acts as a stress buster.
What is the first thing you do when you come to the office ?
The first thing I do is to punch in the attendance machine- otherwise I will not be able to enter.
Post that I switch on the PC and make necessary arrangements and start my day.
