Tell us about your current role at ardent?
I’m a Sr.Software developer for ardent and currently working on ASP.NET MVC technologies, on a project for an innovative healthcare business and other support projects. My role also to do the requirement analysis and provide estimation of the project to the seniors and allocate the task/module to the team and to complete the task/module on time and ensure to have passed from the QA and delivered to the client
How do you empower ardent clients and partners to achieve their full potential?
I complete all the projects/modules on time. My aim is to release bug free code on each phase of a project. Whenever there are any issues raised by client or QA, I need to think about the solution and fix the issue as early as possible.
How do you encourage your colleagues at ardent to achieve their full potential?
Whenever you work in a team or as an Individual, you always going to share views or project related things to your colleagues. My colleagues are dedicated to their work, in case they are stuck or need to find any solution in project then I’ll help them out.
What’s been your biggest achievement at ardent?
I worked on the GTP (GolftrackPro) project, which was quite challenging task as per the client requirement need capture the golfer score with-in 5 min (almost 90/100 clicks on a single page), so need to capture all the user click and save simultaneously in the database without refreshing the page and keep the track of the scores, and i did so successfully.
